The Climate Prediction Center, in consultation with the National Hurricane Center, has released its official 2020 Hurricane Season Outlooks on 21 May. The Atlantic outlook understandably gets more attention; it gets its own NOAA story and press release: https://www.noaa.gov/media-release/busy-atlantic-hurricane-season-predicted-for-2020
More hidden is the Eastern Pacific Hurricane Outlook: https://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/Epac_hurr/ It is not nearly as photogenic, but contains scientifically rigorous and substantive background on the factors leading to the outlook.
